Rules

1. Natural photos.
Make-up & light retouching IS allowed.
However, points will be deducted for
visible retouching, so keep it to a minimum.

2. No pro-rating.

3. No refunds unless a contest is canceled.

4. You can not add photos once they are posted. Photos post within 24hrs after the deadline.

5. Supremes must sit out 1 month.
Grand & Mini can enter again.

6. You will receive two updates. One when photos are posted & one when winners are posted. Photos post within 24hrs.after the deadline. Winners will usually be posted within 3 days.

7. By entering, you give the PC'S ELITE FASHION permission to use the photos submitted for advertising purposes.

Please note, these are only the rules of PC'S ELITE FASHION and you must agree via the entry form that you have read all the rules before entering.

8.This contest as of 8/5/09 is only for ages 0-25. I have the right to reject any entry that I find in question.

Judging Information

1. 4 Professional judges will be used.

2. All judges have an education or skills regarding photograpy.

3. The scores nor will the judges be released,
however the placement of each photo is available.

4. The judges will not
know ANY contestants entered
in PC'S ELITE FASHION, guaranteed.

Judging Criteria

FACIAL BEAUTY: 0-50
FASHION: 0-50

*Note* You may submit photos in any format. They will be resized and posted as clickable thumbnails.
*PC'S ELITE FASHION reserves the right to add prizes. Director reserves the right to cancel or have a short extension with lack of entries.
*Photos entered in this contest may be completely natural or lightly retouched.
*This contest is for boys & girls. Being entered does not automatically mean a photo is retouched.
